Unhappy with Bling and Macys!!!!

Unfortunately I received the wrong size. I was sent a 16" & 24" necklace. When I requested to return it and get the proper size your customer service told me I would have to contact Bling myself, which I did. They told me to send it to Macy's. Horrible customer service by both companies!!!!
