Item appears nice but not gift giving READY

Purchased to give as a gift to my Nephew for his Confirmation- the Cross is nice, but I am HIGHLY Disappointed that it arrived in just a small Cello bag attached to a piece of paper - NO Box!! - so I have to get one to place it in - will think twice before buying anything from this vendor in the future

The chain was not 18" and the listing was misleading. It wasn't even 18" with the extender.
