Delivery of product flattened earrings

The product arrived flatted and the wire had to be re-shaped

Horrible customer service

I purchased the earrings two weeks ago and they arrived bent. I contacted bling several times and they still have not yet responded to me. I would not recommend this based on the service I received and I will be returning the earrings next week.
