Poor Packaging

I purchased these heart earrings as a gift. However, both posts were severely bent when I opened the package. I was able to straighten them, but now they still have a bend in them and the metal feels very weak. They were not sent in a box, instead, they were jammed d into a FLAT plastic sleeve and a padded envelope. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
