Worst purchase ever!

This is not worth the price ,or the Macy name! It's thin, tiny, fragile, junk! Furthermore, it arrived tangled and knotted, broken ,upon arrival. I called about returning it after contacting the seller and I only got two different stories for the return process! No return label was ever sent to me and now the seller says to take back to the store! Have ever tried to return something purchased from a outside vendor to a Macy's store? The store will not return it for you! I buy jewelry all the time from Macy's, but have never had a problem! This is my last purchase! Bad product! Bad service!

Not as pictured

This looks almost like a turquoise and delicate in the picture, but it’s very large and it’s pearly iridescent stone that sticks out it’s not flat. I’m returning.
