Defective

Looks very pretty but was very disappointed when I had guests over and they tried to use it for the first time and it wouldn’t dispense. Now I have to discard of the soap to return it. What a shame!

Works well, albeit slightly fragile.

Looks really nice and works really well. You have to be a little careful on positioning because of the material it's made of (obviously), I had an old one chip because the door of my medicine cabinet hit it. This particular purchase was to replace one that my aunt accidentally knocked onto the marble floor, but I like them so much I'd rather have this than some plasticy knockoff. Additionally, it tends to get stained on the outside but because my sink does too I have a microfiber cloth next to said sink, and just a simple wipe off make it looks perfect again.
