My boots fit and price was excellent . The color is just right.

Boots sent back to sender and didn't inform...

Not only did I get a message the boots were delivered when they were NOT, I had to contact customer service to complain. Then I was told the boots were sent back to the sender, with no explanation why. That was several days ago and I'm still waiting for the refund. I am really disappointed with how Macy's handled this.
