Received previously worn and returned shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe in different sizes. They both came relatively quickly. One pair was new and too big. To my disappointment it was clear the other pair were previoulsy worn shoes. The shoes were placed in the box awkwardly, shoelaces were in separate knots from the previous person, and the bottom of the clearly worn shoes had the red return sticker on it. The shoe was cute but very disappointed in the way came and were returned right away.

True to size, I wear a 9.5 to 10. Gets loads of compliments. Great for Spring and Summer. Good support and comfort.
