Very disappointed in customer service

The pants are great… but we should have received a two pack and they only sent one. They won’t replace the missing one unless I return the pack back. Very disappointed.

Incorrect Sizes Shipped Multiple Times

The fit is good, but I ordered a size 32 in khaki and dark blue. Khaki came in size 32 and fit great. The dark blue came is at a size 34 and was too large. Went to Macy's to return it I was told this is from a 3rd party vendor not somehting you find at Macy's stores. I tried ordering them again in black and dark blue. This time they came in marked as a size 32, but the fitwas for a size 34. Now I have to waste my time and take them to a Macy's store to return again. Not purchasing from this brand ever again.
