The shipment hasnt arrived but Im being asked to do a survey. Its past the delivery date by 5 days and macys wont do anything

Order missing

Completely disappointed that I placed this order 9 Days before Christmas and was guaranteed 12/23 arrival, and didn’t receive anything. The item was paid for and order was sent in time for Christmas! Macys failed me and the manufacturer because there was no communication and I didn’t have time to get new gifts. I will never put trust in Macys or its manufacturers again. The fact that nobody cares makes it worse and I’m going to make this know via social media outlets and to anyone expecting to receive items from Macys and its affiliates. My social media channel has over 2 million followers and subscribers and I’m sure Macys will loose business.
