This service was unacceptable. I had to call customer service twice and the first time all they told me was wait longer. This was ordered on 12/9 and was supposed to be delivered in 3-6 business days from that date (per the site). This happened to my last 2 orders a week apart. I got some 20% discount for a next purchase (as a compensation) but why would I order something else if this keeps happening…makes no sense.
