Tarnished Chain a disappointment

Chain was tarnished upon arrival. I did not read carefully enough that the chain was not gold, but in fact it was gold-plated (my fault) but chain should have been one uniform color. It was not. Poor quality. I returned for a full refund and that process was smooth and prompt.
