Returning due to the Chain

I purchased this necklace to go with a pair of London Blue earrings I recently acquired. I wanted a necklace that would make an impact without being chunky and this fit the bill. It arrived in a box however the chain was not secured which resulted in the chain arriving in a messy ball, wrapped around the circle of topaz stones. I am unable to untangle this mess of a chain so unfortunately, I am going to have to return this necklace. Next time I will purchase or pick up in the store.
