Poor quality assurance

My wife and I are VERY disappointed in this bracelet. What happened to the quality control of your merchandise, especially your jewelry. First of all, it’s not even 7” - the bracelet is 6 3/4”, Second, the clasp is broken and won’t secure the bracelet together. Third, the color quality of the stones is very poor. Fourth, there is no return label included in the package. I do not have a printer, therefore, cannot print a return label. SO - I guess my wife is stuck with a bracelet she can’t wear because it will probably fall off her wrist. What happened to Macy’s??? We have been customers for many years and always were happy with purchase. This jewelry purchase was a total disappointment and an expensive disappointment. Please don’t buy this bracelet. It does not meet the expectations of Macy’s quality.

Nice weight, beautiful, sparkles and get lots of comments. Couldn't be happier. The first one I received had a faulty clasp but return was simple and replaced with a fully functional one. No complaints.

this piece is amazing, really deep in the swiss color of a Topaz and it's a beating design with the figril on the side of the piece. overall the clasp is well made too. couldn't of asked for a better piece.
