problem with the golden flower petals

The bracelet is truly beautiful and seems very well made overall. I really liked it at first, but unfortunately the golden flower petals don’t seem to be securely attached. They lift up too easily if they snag on something, which is disappointing. I’ve only worn it about five times, and it’s already showing this issue. I’ll see if I can get it replaced or returned, because aside from this flaw, it’s a lovely piece. The bracelet I purchased is now sold out, but I still wanted to leave a note to warn others of a possible issue with the designs that have golden petals. They look beautiful, but the petals don’t seem to be very securely attached and can lift up too easily if they catch on something.

PRODUCT OK/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am truly disappointed with my experience regarding the two Devata Bracelets that I ordered on January 2, 2025. I was assured that I would receive them within a week. However, after waiting 11 days without receiving my order, my frustration only grew. When I called Macy's CS; I was unfortunately directed to contact Devata in California. To say my experience with their CS was disappointing would be an understatement; the Rep I encountered was among the rudest & most obnoxious I have ever dealt with. It was nearly impossible to have a constructive conversation. He openly suggested that I was attempting to scam Devata, which was both offensive & completely unfounded. I explained that I had received a notification from UPS indicating that the bracelets had been delivered to a different address & asked him to investigate promptly. Instead of addressing my concern, he insisted that UPS had delivered the items to my home & outright refused to consider the text message I received from UPS!!!!

Beautiful

This bracelet is gorgeous. Has a button on the clasp, easy on and easy off by self. Hopefully it holds up.
