Beautiful but glitter comes off

This outfit is really beautiful.Much prettier in person than the photo. I returned it because of the glitter that comes off. I was concerned it would get in the babys eyes. The quality looked like it was well made. I wish the bottom of the dress did not have glitter that comes off or I would have kept it.
