Unpopular Opinion

Am I doing something wrong with this? I feel like the only one. Flakes off all day to and won't come off when I wash my face. 3 stars because it does, technically, cover my eyelashes and is, in fact, mascara.

Not smudge proof

I picked this up 2 days ago. First day- smudged all under eyes within 20 minutes. 2nd day used primer- let it dry completely- used the mascara- smudge all over again. So unhappy. Going back to Clinique
