    • HOW TO USE:
    • Use the spoolie end of the Micro Brow Pencil to reveal the fullest shape of your brow, then gently fill in sparse areas with soft, hair-like strokes.
    • Use the flat side of the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil to fill in the head of the brow, then use the pointed tip to fill in the arch and tail.
    • When your pencil runs out, simply remove the empty cartridge and insert the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Refill.
