I'm sold!

Whoever came up with the idea of giving this out as a gift with purchase is a genius… because I am 100% sold! I never would have bought this on my own. I thought it would make my face feel greasy, even after rinsing. I had never even given it a second thought! It came as a gift with a recent order - and I'll be honest, I almost just shoved it into my cupboard without trying it! But then I thought, "well, I'll give it a shot" and I instantly fell in love!! It feels so wonderful. The texture is so luxurious and it feels good to rub it into my face! It smells absolutely amazing. And it rinses right off, leaving no greasy feeling (or dirt or makeup) behind! Yet my face felt soft and smooth. I will absolutely buy more once I use this up! I even washed my face an extra time today, just because I wanted to use the Cleansing Balm again!!

It’s ok

I like to a moderate extent. It’s sticky but it emulsifies well. Can’t complain. Doesn’t really get rid of waterproof eye make up well.

Makeup remover

Almost 5 starts but I don’t like the part where has to be rinse with water I rather to have the Clinique makeup remover no water need it.

I love, love this balm!! My skin feels amazing and the smell is so refreshing!! The only cleanser I will ever use from now on!!

My new morning ritual!

This has become my morning ritual for cold Chicago winters when my skin needs more moisture. While the shower heats up, I slather a quarter- sized scoop into my dry hands and apply to my dry face and neck. When I step into the shower, this balm instantly becomes a soft, emollient cleanser that smells wonderful and rinses well.. The citrus scent is a great wake-me-up and my skin feels wonderful. And the jar is so pretty on my vanity; I even dropped the lid on the tile floor and it didn't crack or break. Highly recommend!

So moisturizing!

I love this balm. Received a sample and I was sold. Rub on dry then rinse off. It’s the only cleanser I’ve used that didn’t make my skin cry for moisturizer.

Love this cleanser

[Employee of bluemercury] Bobbi Brown eye products are built to last, so I really need a cleanser to remove all the waterproof, stay-all-day beauties I put on my eyes. This cleanser starts as a balm and turns into a foam when you add water. Smells like heaven and is specially formulated with ingredients to remove all the makeup while leaving behind a cushion of moisture!
