Great face oil, moisturized and not greasy

I had my makeup done at the Bobbi Brown makeup counter at Bloomingdale’s and the makeup person introduced me to this face oil and I wear it ALL the time with the special moisturizer and eye cream as well over it. I love the face oil. I wasn’t sure about it at first but I fell in love after a few days of use.

How do you apply the oil..

I accidentally bought two bottles of the oil during covid times thinking I was buying the toner. I am now trying to use it up and am wondering how do you apply it. I have used my hands/fingers and a cotton pad.. is this the recommended way? It seems like a nice product.. I am also wondering if it is a substitute for the toner or should I be using both?
