Not Happy

Unfortunately, I never received my order. I was sent by mistake an ugly blouse. Then found out Bobbi Brown Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm was no longer available. Returned the ugly blouse and then got an email that said if I did not return it, I would be charged for the makeup. Took a phone call to correct that. Not happy!

I bought this because I got a sample This is an amazing product If you put it on alone it acts like a brightening primer. Itsll you need to pack for travel It fills lines and brightens I mix with a makeup and off I go. Great investment in quick easy ready to go look

Formula Change?

I have used this product for several years. I have had 2 of my last 3 be "gritty". I've called and asked about exchanging because this is not the same as it has been. I was told that I would need to return at my own expense and likely a replacement would be the same. I won't be repurchasing. I'm disappointed to lose this product and with the customer service.
