A big NO to this new formula

I was a Bobbi Brown loyal customer for skin care from they introduced the EXTRA line that was maybe a couple of decades ago. It worked so well for me. But the changes to this Eye Cream is the last straw to ruin a line that was one a good one.

Off color

The color of this cream was a grey, not the usual white color. Not sure if it was bad or not.

Bring back the old formula

I have used this product for over 15 years and the remake of the “extra” line is terrible. This isn’t about being a “hater” as one reviewer implied. This is about a product and its standard of excellence. The new product is not the same. I’ve gone through countless jars over the years and it’s not the same product. This review isn’t a one time buy and write a quick review to get attention. The extra eye repair cream was the holy grail for many, myself included. Although Bobbi has been far removed from the company, This product doesn’t do the name justice and corporate needs to make some changes. Price increases and quality change don’t mix. Bring back the old formula and I’m sure you restore your loyal clients and gain new ones.

Great night eye cream

Very rich eye cream. I use at night and skin feels wonderful in the morning. Only need to use a small amount.

What happened

Brong back the old formula this is terrible gritty and balmy not creamy like the old formula and the price went way up and you don't get as much

Sensitive skin

I really liked this cream the first day however it is now irritating my eyes. Woke up last night to stinging skin and my eyes were streaming. I have sensitive skin and can be allergic to some brands. Unfortunately this is one for the list to avoid.
