So smooth and pigmented!
I have a hard time finding a lip liner that works for me. But this Bobbi Brown lip liner came into my life, and I couldn't be more grateful for its benefits. It's pigmented, smooth to apply, has an incredible lip color, and I'll definitely be using it in my lip combos for work or for a special event in the evening. he formula is beautiful and creamy, I’d expect nothing less from Bobbi brown! It glides really easily on the lips and the tip is nice and sharp enough to get a precise outline. The shade nude is a bit subjective I guess but it’s a very neutral warm pinkish brown shade that looks great with most lip combos. Perfect warm nude for everyday wear.
I really love this liner in the shade Afternoon Tea. It’s that perfect warm nude with a little hint of brick that gives my lips definition without looking too bold. I wear it with a clear gloss or a nude lipstick, and it always looks put-together but natural. The texture is smooth and creamy enough to glide on easily, but it’s not overly soft, so it stays in place and doesn’t smudge. I’ve also used it to fill in my whole lips, and it makes a great base to keep my lipstick from fading or bleeding. It’s not completely transfer-proof, but it lasts through coffee and light meals before needing a touch-up. My only complaint is the price—it’s definitely on the higher side for a liner—but the color and quality make it worth it. If you love warm, natural tones, this one’s a winner. Velvety but not Long Lasting
I received this product for free from Bobbi Brown for testing and review purposes. The claims of it being velvety were very true, and it glided on easily. It had decent pigment and helped even out my lips for a light brown lip gloss shade that I did not initially like. I only dock two stars, because it has very poor staying power in my opinion. I prefer lip liners that are long lasting and don’t glide off easily.
