Could be better

This brow pencil had great staying power, but the application felt really light on my actual skin. I had to go over spots a few times to get the pigment to show up the way I wanted. I also wish the tip was a bit finer for more precision, especially when trying to define the tail of my brows. The concept is cool and I like the waterproof formula, but I think it would work better with a sharper tip and a little more pigment payoff. This was gifted by Bobbibrown.

Am I doing something wrong

I have very fair skin and alopecia. I purchased the neutral blond but when I got it home I was wondering what I was doing wrong as it didn’t show up at all. I returned it and was very disappointed as I was hoping it would be the answer to my almost non existent brows
