Works alright but not the quality I was expecting

Not what i expected for the price it’s thin and doesn’t seem like it will be standing up to the test of time,I do like the placement of the handle it’s far enough away from the heat.

Rusting

Just purchased and it's already rusted on the inside. I left water overnight and it rusted that quickly. I have a stainless steel tea kettle from IKEA for several years. On occasion I've left water overnight but hasn't rusted. I already threw away the box, otherwise I would return it. It should not rust from the inside with ONE overnight water.

This kettle is made of premium stainless steel and should not rust, so it’s more likely that what you’re seeing is limescale buildup or other residue from mineralized water after boiling; descaling with a store-bought solution or a vinegar and hot water mix should restore it.
