We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your BISTRO Electric Double Wall Kettle. This kettle does feature a Keep Warm function, which is activated by pressing the appropriately labeled button either while the kettle is heating or directly after it has reached the set temperature. The Keep Warm function will keep the water at the set temperature, except for boiling, for up to 30 minutes. Note that removing the kettle for pouring will automatically shut off the function for safety, but you can simply re-press the Keep Warm button once the kettle is replaced. This kettle also is designed with a double-wall insulated carafe, which will keep your water warmer for longer, even after the Keep Warm function has shut off. Love it!

I purchased this as a gift because I have one of my own and I love it so much. Mine replaced an inexpensive stainless one…. No comparison. It boils water very quickly and has adjustable temperature settings for serious tea drinkers. A little bit of a splurge but worth it.

Heavy and awkward handle

The kettle seems like it's good quality, but it's heavy and not ergonomic. The angular handle makes it hard to pick up and pour.

Love it!

This kettle is great! Heats water super fast, easy to clean. Only glass and stainless steel touch the water the outside is plastic and doesn't get hot enough to burn!
