QC needs to step it up a notch

This earring is pictured with clear crystals inside and out. The earrings I received were clear crystals on the outside but yellow crystals on the inside. Due to health reasons I have not been able to wear the earrings until recently. When I noticed the problem I called Macy's and I was informed that I should call Bonheur Jewelry. I looked up their phone number and called. I had to leave a message. I wanted to let them know the issue so they could check the earrings they have in stock so that someone else does not have the same issue.
