This dress was a perfect fit! Paired it with green tights, red hair bow and sweet sparkly black shoes. The Christmas pictures were fantastic. My granddaughter looked adorable!

Let me down...

I was so excited for my grand daughter to wear this dress and then I received an email that it was delivered. Upon checking with my daughter, I learned that it was not delivered. I attempted to "chat" with the bot to check on it, and the bot canceled the order and said that I'd receive a credit. Not what I wanted and no option to talk with a live person! And now the website says that it is no longer available. My other grand daughter didn't receive her dress either. I absolutely loved the dresses that I bought for them and was so let down with neither of them receiving the dresses that I don't think I will ever buy from Macy's again for a special occasion. Massive fail, Macy's.
