Perfect Dress for Holiday and Play

I went to Macys last minute looking for an elegant but functional dress for a VERY active 3 year old fashionista girl.The party she was attending was an outdoor Christmas party with a bounce house.Not only did she look festive,but she was able to play,climb and bounce the entire time with no issues.Her Mom just put a pair of shorts underneath,and she was the cutest dressed toddler there
