Watch out. It doesn't include charging cable!!!
I bought this expecting to use this as a second charger. It doesn't come with a plug and charging cable. You will need to use the one that came with the speaker. Come on Bose...

Only works if powered by its own plug
nice bit of kit but it will only charge the speaker if the power to the cradle is from its own mains charger...?? Why.. I can charge the speaker directly with any usb charger. USB 2 , fast charge , battery pack.. they all charge the speaker, but when I use the cradle with these chargers the speaker says "not charging, please use another power source". So you can't top up your speaker when out if you use the cradle. This is a deal breaker for me as I travel in my motorhome and can't use the cradle to charge the unit from any of the usb power outlets.. amd I have alot, high rated amps etc.. Is my cradle broken or is this by design?

Life is easier with this charging cradle
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Been using this for a while now and i find this charging cradle excellent if you always move your speaker at home. You're sure that it has full juice to rock your day. The dock is quite heavy and it strongly holds your speaker. Quality is excellent. At the end of the day, just put it down back, and I mean just drop it there. No need to check if properly connected, it sure will always automatically be. Not a five star as it should come with at least a USB-C cable for the price.

GOOD QUALITY
I purchased this for my Portable Home Speaker and I must say I am impressed with the quality of it. I was expecting it to be plastic like the Revolve cradle but it's not. The base is made out of metal that matches the color of the speaker. It has a nice weight to it also. I also liked that they got rid of the grooves on the base. Eliminating the grooves allows you to place the speaker on in a hurry. I find myself fighting with the Revolve cradle due to this problem. It also compliments the speakers design while sitting ontop of it. I highly recommend this cradle to anyone who owns the Bose PHS.

A must get
This charging cradle is a must have for the Bose Portable Home Speaker. No messing around with cables or anything. Just pop the speaker on and it charges. It is that simple!.

Great little charging cradle
I’ve been “dropping” my Bose speaker off at the cradle unit every evening after using it throughout the day just for it to be ready to go in the mornings. It easy attaches itself to the speaker and starts charging. I forgot to put it on the charger after an entire weekend of play and the speaker itself still had juice but loved how convenient the cradle is. It literally feels like a piece of the speaker when attached. It just makes for an easier to charge unit. We all love not having to deal with too many wires or buttons and this little cradle makes it super easy for you not having to worry to remember to put it on the charger. Best little speaker!!!!
