Love the product!

Bought a month ago, these are very well designed earphones. They do not hurt my ears and have a good sound quality. The quiet function is not fully quiet but I don’t mind that much.

Nothing but problems with Bose

They unpair a lot. I might return them. I honestly have had nothing but issues with Bose as this is my third pair. Gonna have to go back to Apple.

Blew my Expectations out of the Water

These are by far the most incredible ear buds I have ever owned and I've had some big name brand ones over the years. The sound quality is out of this world!!!! I cannot wait to order more products from Bose. Phenomenal quality and well worth the price.

Quality

Great earbuds. They have great clarity, options for customs sound and noise cancellation option. The different sizes of earbuds make it very comfortable. I like the options of colors, and ones that aren't the recently overdone warm tones. Only slightly frustrating thing is that after a Teams call, I lose sound. I have to exit and restart for the sound to come back.
