disappointing experience

I purchased several Hugo Boss shirts from Macy’s on November 28th, and to this day, my order has not been delivered. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now, with only three days left until Christmas, I have nothing to give. This situation is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. What makes it even worse is the absence of proper customer support or anyone who can actually resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing experience for a store of this size.

Very poor quality! Wrong sizing

Super poor quality! Not worth what you pay for! Garment feels 100% polyester! Wrong size product! So disappointed considering that this supposed to be BOSS. Can’t send it back because I give it as a gift but I feel scammed. I would like my money back

My husband usually wears a size L t-shirt, I bought an XL and it didn't fit him because the style is too small and there's no XXL option.
