So disappointed

I order these shoes in brown but I never got them . Macy’s held my money for 3 weeks ( as I waited for their arrival) then out of the blue Macy’s cancelled my order . Holding my money for possibly 10 more days.

Wrong Size

I ordered a size 10.5 and received a 9.5 and now I’m not even in the United States hopefully Macy’s honors the 30 day return grace period. Otherwise the quality is really good!!
