quality is bad

Good afternoon, I just want to share with you the information about quality of your product. I bough my husband Hugo Boss Men’s Hoki Swim Shorts M, Pink. He was wearing it very infrequently and today while trying to tie it up the the fabric came apart right along the lace. I made some pictures and would like to share with you. My question is this something that was well known to you about the fabric or the shorts? We are very disappointed because Hugo Boss was among the most favorite company to us.
