Great addition to my home gym

Love this product. Super easy to set up. All I had to do was bump air in the back side of the black flare piece. Product comes with small hand pump and plugs for the exercise ball. I was able to pump it up in a minute or two. I really liked using this balance board in my daily workout. Love that I can use it for a couple different workout moves.

Great For Balance!!

I got this for my daughter who does both dance and cheerleading. She was picked to be a flyer this year and she uses it to practice standing on one leg while extending her other leg. This helps her to mimic flying while at home

Perfect for home workouts

I've been using this Bosu Multi functional home gym equipment for a few weeks now and it is perfect. I use this device to help train my balance and for core/ ab workout exercises. This is compact enough to store when not in use. Effective enough to use everyday or for most exercises.

Fast setup

With limited instructions setup was really simple. A fun addition to workout routine with so many options. It doesn't take a lot of space so simple enough to set aside but get back out when ready to go. Possibilities are endless.

Amazing Bosu home gym balance trainer

I have been using the Bosu Multi Function home gym for about a month now and it has completely transformed my workouts! I really enjoy the versatility of this new piece of gym equipment and can feel a huge difference in my core, it also has been very helpful in reducing back pain and I have also used it to help me with my posture. Love the versatility

I've had previous Bosu trainers before, and many of them broke while I used them. This one was by far one of the sturdiest ones I have ever possessed. I also love the multitude of different exercises that I can do on it as well. Even better is how easy it was to setup and inflate.
