Different from Picture

Product received differs from picture. Beads format different and the creator initial is added as a non removable charm. Makes no sense to add that and not out in the picture. I would never have ordered it. I wanted a plain all same size ball bracelet.

Color is off

The coloring for this bracelet (I bought 3 different sizes) is off. It is darker than the other Bowood gold bracelets I bought and already had, so it stands out badly when worn with the other ones.

Shipping poor

Vendor shipping and packaging was poor. I ordered 3 gold and 3 silver for several gifts and they shoved all 6 bracelets in one small jewelry bag. There was a gold branding bead on each bracelet that hangs/ annoying and is in a bad place (moved around) and made the silver bracelet look cheap. Returned and it took forever to get my refund from the vendor.

This bracelet is so pretty. I have three sizes and wear them every day. They are stretchy but tight so they don't get snagged or come off easily. I'm hoping to buy even more!
