Even though the protective plastic on the snaps was removed, the purse often opens when carrying it.

The thread stitching ends on the underside of the handle was tough and scratched my hands. However, it is a very beautiful satchel, so I did not return it. I was hoping that it would come in a nice box with a lid, like a shoe box, but it didn't.

This is a beautiful classy purse. The reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because the snaps magnet isn’t very strong. My purse comes open too often.

Only problem is that the magnet are difficult to work if the purse is full. Have to move the flap around d to make it close.
