Love the purse but disappointed with Macy’s

The purse is beautiful however I was expected to walk out with the purse in just a dusted bag. I had to ask for a Macy’s bag. I also payed FULL PRICE for a display item. I will purchase online and have my items shipped to me with the proper packaging.
