Poorly packaged
Received handbag just thrown into a box without any protection and there isn’t a protective dust bag with it. Brahmin handbags always come with a signature dust bag. Macys you’re getting very sloppy.

Handbag packaged poorly. It was shipped to me with the paper stuck in the zipper of the handbag. So I returned the handbag and shopped for another gift.

Never Received Order
The order was placed with expedited shipping for a Dec 30 delivery. This was purchase to coordinate with an outfit to worn at a Jan 2nd event. However, it was not received nor has the order been received.
