Loosey goosie

I’ve been wanting this watching for a while but couldn’t pull the trigger, finally did and was super pleased with it. I started wearing it immediately and noticed that the clasp continuously unclips itself, causing the watch to fall off my wrist. It’s a beautiful watch but I find myself hesitant to wear it for fear that it’ll slip off my wrist without me knowing. I work at a desk all day so there’s no insane hand movements going on so there should be no reason this brand new watch is having trouble clasping. I want to send it in as there is a 2 year warranty but fear that it’s a design flaw rather than a technical issue with the watch.
