Have used this for two months now and it continues to make very weak coffee. It doesn't grind fine enough to make stronger coffee. I have to put pre ground coffee in the basket before brewing to add so I get stronger coffee. I don't even make a full pot!

When we first got the coffee maker it was a dream come true, the coffee was delicious and the coffee maker was dependable, however recently after only 1.5 years the grinder is malfunctioning, we have cleaned it routinely so we are at a loss.

I purchased this coffee maker at least six years ago, probably more. I make at least one pot of coffee every day and it's still working like a champ. I've replaced the basket once as it started coming apart. Other than that one issue, I've had no problems until recently. Some of the reviews have stated the water temp is low. The only time I experience this is when I am brewing a single cup. From my previous experience, I would buy this product again.

Wasting coffee because the carafe is terrible. As other reviews have stated, the carafe is made so that you must turn it completely upside down and shake it to get the last two or so cups of coffee out. What a mess! I’m annoyed that I’m wasting my expensive coffee because of the poor design of my expensive coffee maker!

I believe this is my 4th or 5th grind control. Of all the drip coffee makers I've had over many years the grind control is definitely the best. I've referred many friends and family to get it, enough that I probably should have opened a store. Really love it.

We're really loving the new Breville Grind Control. We were prepared for the extra attention this would need over our previous maker, a Keurig Single Cup system. If you want a simple (and wasteful) way to make coffee, without the fresh ground and brewed taste, then stick with the K-Cups. But, if you want an extremely better tasting cup of coffee then you won't be disappointed with the Breville. Just get into a routine of cleaning (carafe, filter, etc.) and refilling (water and beans) and you'll love this! If you just want to quickly "make a cup of coffee" then this might not be for you. It just took a couple of days, and I was used to the process and after just 5 minutes I am able complete for today and setup (using the auto start function) for the next day for me and my wife! So glad we went with the Breville grind Control!

I bought this machine in March 2023. Worked great. I followed all maintenance procedures. Recently the machine is a pain. Chute has to be cleaned every second day. and now the LCD screen will not dim. And more importantly I fill the machine to my 12 cup limit. I press the start button there is a few beeps that sound off and nothing happens. After pressing numerous times and hitting reset. The machine then works. As I say makes great coffee but now a real pain.

Love the grind and brew, and all the settings. But I would have given a 5-star if the carafe sat on a heated plate so coffee was kept hot for couple of hours. I have to use the microwave to reheat. But having fresh ground coffee in one step supersedes that flaw. Also broke the filer holder basket and cannot find a replacement… Help!
