Good response to my broken coffee maker problem
Recently my Breville Infuser coffee maker stopped working, probably the pump. I rang Breville and after a lengthy and patient diagnosis of the problem they gave me the option of returning the machine for repair. Because the machine was 7 years old they also gave me the option of buying any coffee machine for a 40% discount. I decided to get another of the same model which arrived within a week.

So easy to use
We've had several Breville Cafe Roma machines which give 8-10 years of reliable service producing 3-4 lattes a day (somewhere in excess of 10,000 which seems awfully good). This time around, we decided to get the Infuser and so far love it. It took a few practice shots to find the best setting on our burr grinder and choosing the best portafilter before producing the first latte. The machine looks complicated—what with all the buttons, dials and gauges—but it's intuitive and actually very easy to use and I love the longer, adjustable steam wand and the hot water feature for an Americano.

This is my second Breville infuser as my pressure was get it was time to buy a new one. The old machine I bought in 2009 and over that time it had made 11000 plus cups.

Great machine for novice barrista.
Able to purchase this machine new at a great discount price. And I am glad I did. After going online and viewing some of the numerous self-help videos I am now able to turn out a very reasonable Mochaccino (my coffee of choice). To supplement this great machine, I have also purchased a Breville Dose Control Pro coffee grinder which has turned my coffees from good to great. I now look forward to working my way through the large selection of coffee bean flavours and types available.

Great espresso maker
I've owned this espresso machine for six years and continue to be happy with the results. I had to learn to use it properly and the results have been excellent.

After 1year of use
I Make at least 2 Americanos a day. Love the machine Only frustration is finding coffee that is fresh enough. It’s expensive to buy coffee in small doses from local roasters and hard to find coffee roasted in last couple of months in prepackaged bags in larger stores. So, takes a little experimenting getting grinder strings and tamping pressure just right. (Not the fault of the Infuser, or my Breville grinder. I use non-Breville cleaning pellets. I clean the machine on the 1st of every month. Machine makes great coffee. I typically drink Americanos and no cream. I use 4 oz hot water with 2 shots for a 6 oz Americanos. 2 of those in the morning and I’m ready to go LOL. I wanted a machine without a grinder so that was a major reason for selecting the Infuser. Would buy it again

Perfect preinfusion!
This machine pulls shots like a champ! I didn’t think I would be as impressed as I am, but two years in and it’s still performing consistently day in, day out. Can’t think of a single fault.
