I like the machine it takes some time to learn it. I dont have patience so my bf makes all our lattes 😀 he says its a "skill" it really is...

Don’t think twice…just buy…tremendous value!

Love this machine. 1st one lasted 10 years used every day. Great coffee, easy to use and dial in, and so much better than other options. My latte’s are better than ‘bucks.

1st:used 2nd:Missing Parts

First, I ordered the coffee machine on Jul.10, and received it on Jul.12. I found it was used(some coffee powder and beans in the machine)when I opened the box. I called Macy’s customer service for replacement it, she handled it. Second,On Jul.17 night, I returned the coffee machine to Macy’s Store Brea.And I received the replacement coffee machine at this night, I found that the new machine was missing parts: four filter baskets in one box. Then I called Macy’s customer service for that on Jul.18 morning. The customer service’s solution was refund me 25% of total purchase price to buy the missing parts online. I confirmed the amount with the customer service again, and she told me it was $137.49 and would be returned to my payment account. And Macy’s will send me the detail via Email. However, ten days past, I have not received the Email and refund usd137.49. Third, I called for the refund on Jul.29, they denied the refund, and after I waited on the phone for 30 minutes, the customer service told me that they could only get a 5% (usd22.5)refund for me, but the price of one filter basket was $25, and what was missing parts from their set were the four filter baskets. Finally, the customer service apply 10% for me. I still lost $60 and 100 minutes of talk time. So, I don't want to shop at Macy's anymore.

Love my new Breville!

Bought this machine just two weeks ago and it feels like it's paid for itself. I enjoy my morning routine making delicious coffee and it has been great!

Excellent first espresso maker!

Take your time setting it up and reading the instructions. It may take you several test cups to dial-in the grind size and amount, but once you do, don’t touch it. You should now have the perfect espresso drink every time you use this beauty! Highly recommend!
