Not happy with Macys

I was so excited for this. Purchased it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she returned to her home today after being away for a month, she finally opened it only to find out that it had been previously used, and the tamper piece was missing. Coffee grinds were in the machine.

Disappointed

It is a shame that this espresso maker has one main flaw that caused us to return it. The frothing wand does not create hot or even warm froth to add to your beverage. We tried a variety of milks to see if it made a difference but it did not. Otherwise it is a terrific product.

Bought this during a breville bonus star money promotion ($20 star money for every $100 spent) Scammed out of $80 in rewards, was told the max you can receive is $40

Step up with my new Breville.

Received my Breville machine last week and absolutely love it. Upgraded from my previous Breville and love the built in grinder which not only gives me the perfect portions but literally no mess like before.

For the advanced

I expected to watch a few tutorial videos and get it. This machine constantly causes me problems. The milk frother also is really bad. You’d be better off with an Amazon frother where you just push a button. The lattes are good when you finally get the pressure right, but it’s not an easy machine which was a misunderstanding on my part. It’s definitely a machine to buy if you’re into espresso and want to learn as a hobby

The best coffee I’ve ever had

I bought this a few weeks ago after using my family members every time I visited. I finally went out and bought myself one and it is the best purchase I’ve ever made for my home. It took some fine tuning to get the grounds just right but it’s so worth it!
