I did not use the coffee maker because I purchased it as new, but I received a used machine instead. I’m very disappointed — the machine arrived dirty and even had a dent. I returned it, but now the price for a new one has gone up, which is very frustrating.
Easy to set up, use and clean! Highly recomment!
I had some my research for weeks, and ultimately decided on this machine. Soo easy to use and espresso was amazing. I bought machine for my team at the office and it was a hit. If anyone is deciding whether or not to purchase, do it! I made a hot carmel macchiato at work and can say it was better than the big box coffee shop. (I used to be a barista many years ago, so can confidently say this machine is amazing). The set up was super easy, the clean up just as easy. Cant wait to use machine daily during the week at work! Some people may think machine is pricey, but so far, its been every penny!

Not happy with Macys
I was so excited for this. Purchased it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she returned to her home today after being away for a month, she finally opened it only to find out that it had been previously used, and the tamper piece was missing. Coffee grinds were in the machine.
Great machine
Super easy to easy and makes great espresso!
Disappointed
It is a shame that this espresso maker has one main flaw that caused us to return it. The frothing wand does not create hot or even warm froth to add to your beverage. We tried a variety of milks to see if it made a difference but it did not. Otherwise it is a terrific product.

Step up with my new Breville.
Received my Breville machine last week and absolutely love it. Upgraded from my previous Breville and love the built in grinder which not only gives me the perfect portions but literally no mess like before.

I purchased this machine on July 14th2025,l set up my coffee station from christmas season,i followed the instructions the coffee beans are grinding but not dispensing so i resort too youtube and the same not dispensing.I would like some one to reach out.I would like to return this product.Thanks!
