Doesn't juice properly chunks left
2 weeks ago I purchased a very expensive juicer after research and reading reviews the compact juice fountain was my selection Unfortunately it doesnt juice the apples properly meaning it leaves big chunks. ANOTHER problem is that it has is that spout from the juice comes out isn't big enough. Its bulky and has many parts which need to be aligned Not very happy with the purchase Don't know how refund or return will work in this situation

Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning. Came used and moldy
this juicer was sent to me USED!!! There was mold growing in the spout and residue left in the basket. I can’t overstate how disgusting it was, I’m beyond horrified. I will never shop at Macys again after this experience.
Obsessed
I am obsessed with this juicer. I had a smaller one previously, and it could not handle the amount of juice I like to make in one go. This is so simple. Only 4 pieces. Soooo easy to clean. Leaves super dry pulp and the juice is delicious. SO GOOD! I never leave reviews because I honestly don’t care that much but I have to let people know this is the best juicer on the market for the price

We have been using a Breville Juicer DAILY for years, and the recipe (Celery, carrots, spinach, kale, parsley, green apple) never fails in our juicer...smooth, perfectly blended...LOVE this juicer......
