order - delivery stall out
I ordered this from Macy's becase it said in its add that I would get it in a 3-4 days....I order it becase it would arrive before my wifes birthday....Well it never came and its been 10 days..... I guess Macy's just baits you with delivery dates and then switches and shruggs.... UPS said it was stalled out at the point of origion - which means it was not ready to ship at all... will not trust Macy's again.
Stopped working after 3 years
Heating element, pressure valve and control unit all went bad after 3 years.

5 years of daily use and great except for water leaks
I purchased this in November 2021. Works every day 3 double shots I grind from this machine. I’m methodically cleaning it. I’ve had the water reservoir replaced twice by Breville for free and it’s still leaks water about 90% of the time when not in use. I’m emptying the drip tray at least a few times per day. Some days I just remove the water container completely. It’s not worth sending it to Breville for work. Like I said, I do the cleaning of the machine based on their recommendation and change out the water filter every two months. If this breaks, im not sure if I’ll buy a Breville and this is my 3rd machine in 15 years.

Great while it lasts
We purchased one and have had it replaced 3 times now. I would expect a longer life for the cost, especially when properly maintained. It is great when it works, but there will be a morning when you need it the most and it will fold like a lawn chair, and it will be within the first year of purchase. More than likely our next machine will not be a Breville.

Game changer
Why did it take us so long to get this machine. Best level of manual/automation. Looks good. Easy to learn. Best of all the models in my opinion.

Best espresso machine
This is the fourth Breville I have owned and will never buy anything else. It makes the best coffee and foamed milk. The help line is great if you can’t get the tastes just right. And it’s so easy to use!

Quality and consistency
Arrived fast and in excellent condition. Great communication with Breville (follow up emails). We are in love with our new Breville Pro. It’s fun to change all of the parameters to truly make it a custom experience. Lastly, all of the components are of quality, nothing in this things looks or feels cheap. Would recommend
