I purchase the Oracle Touch in 2018 and have loved it ever since. Having had an issue with my machine, SAGE have very kindly assisted with the purchase of a replacement. The machine is perfect and at the touch of a button you have the best coffee which beats any coffee shop.

A Game Changer
The Oracle Touch has changed the way we love coffee for the better. We had an Italian Machine, but the fully automatic machine has taken the stress out of making coffee. Once you put in your personal setting the machine does all the work. The milk is silky even with almond or oat milk. Yes it's expensive, but you save on coffee shop coffees. No regrets.

The espresso is fantastic until the break.
Really great coffee but the internal design and location of The component locations are very poor. A critical circuit board is located above the boiler unit, so if the boiler leaks through the probes due to a fault, it will damage your circuit board, resulting in failure.

Coffee Perfecto !
We had certain problems with our first Oracle Touch coffee machine which was purchased 6 years ago.After considering a major repair we decided to upgrade to a new machine at a very affordable lower price. New one purring nicely thankfully.

terrible machine- Don't waste money
My coffee machine broke after 14 uses, and my coffee started tasting like metal. And when i cleaned out the filter there were coffee chunks. super messy don't recommend

A very good machine , except for the single filter problem .
I have had this machine for 3 months, I hesitated buying it as it is a lot of money but really please I have purchased it . Very easy machine to use , I’m a person who is prepared to buy good products , and I expect them to perform or they are returned, I don’t like fiddling about as with other machines, if I want a good coffee I get one from this machine , I only gave it 4 stars due to the single dose filter being a load of rubbish, yes it works until you want to remove the puck , I use the sage vacuum puck sucker . The double filter works really well the puck comes out without any residue left in the filter but the single filter leaves a lot of residue . The difference between the 2 filters is the double filter is polished internal stainless steel the single filter has a grey coating on the inner surface which stops the puck coming out whole, is this a common fault or has the manufacturer made an error????? . There is a question I read issued by Sage , How often do you buy coffee in a cafe, very often before I had this machine , but now it’s one a week , the cost of my coffee is now very low and the quality is very high . The time to make a coffee on this machine is quick , just program in the time to turn itself on and your coffee will be ready in a few minutes.

Regarding the single filter basket, we´d like to clarify that it has a matte finish by design. This finish is intended to improve tamping and ensure an even extraction. If you´re finding it difficult to remove the puck, this could be related to the grind size or coffee dose. Waste of money
Total waste of money. There’s apparently a common problem with this machine, was too late for me unfortunately as I already had bought one . The problem occurs when you try and complete a descale cycle which is recommended by manufacturer. The boiler temperature never go back to normal operating temperature and the machine completely stops working. Breville repaired mine 2 times under warranty and when it failed again for the 3rd time (out of warranty). They completely washed their hand off and their only solution when contacted them was to offer me 25% off a new machine!! Do your homework before buying one!! There are much better ones out there for a similar price point

Great replacement for a Nespresso capsule machine….
Bought as a replacement for a Nespresso capsule machine, should have done it earlier. No comparison. Would highly recommend the Oracle Touch.
