Disappointed

I recently purchased the ZDX under the seat cabin spinner for an upcoming trip as well as to be able to stop carrying a back pack on all of my trips. I have just packed for the trip and I am highly disappointed in the quality of the main zipper on the bag. It is ridiculously hard to close which is highly disappointing for the amount of money spent. I have two other Briggs and Riley bags and my primary reason for purchasing this one was the quality of the zippers on the other bags. I thought the quality was second to none-not any more it seems. Apparently Briggs-Riley quality has gone down hill like another higher end brand I used to like. I should have bought the London Fog bag I saw at Kohl’s. It couldn’t have been any worse. I really don’t care as much about the warranty if the quality and functionality isn’t there to begin with. Very disappointing.

I really like it easy

I really like it easy to maneuver Sturdy good materials looks will last long. It is heavier as compared to other under seater in the market. I gave 4 stars because it didn’t fit under the regular seat. I was able to fit it under the seat with extra legroom.

Works great as a weekender

My husband surprised me with the cabin spinner for Christmas to replace an old carry on I’ve used over the years. I’m so impressed with how much room there is in the interior! My old case with two wheels took up more interior space than this new four wheel model does. I was able to use it for a two night trip recently, including packing extra shoes, my makeup bag, clothes, pajamas and iPad. I can hardly wait to use it for our upcoming trip to Europe.

great bag, but. . .

I love this bag - how it's shaped, the compartments and it truly does fit under the seat. Two things that were disappointing are that the big zipper gets stuck and it luggage doesn't roll smoothly. For the cost I would expect better quality on those 2 issues.

Does not cit other brands

The elastic holder does not fit other brands of luggage. I was told only fit on Briggs-Riley luggage after I got home.

Best Travel Purchase Ever!

Best purchase I ever made! I am an older woman so instead of a heavy backpack or handheld overnight bag, I use this wherever I go to hold my computer, pills, and valuables. It easily fits under my seat, so I can also bring a larger carry-on bag for the overhead. The ingenious mechanism to attach this to my other Briggs bags works so well that I can easily manage all my luggage by myself. It is made with amazing quality.
