Uncomfortable and too narrow

I have happily worn the Ghost for running for years, but unfortunately I agree with the many reviewers who are not happy with the design changes. The shoe is too narrow - I tried to fiddle with the laces but it still uncomfortably cramped my toes and forefoot. I'm disappointed and will need to try another brand for a running shoe to replace my old Ghost which are worn out. Not sure why a good thing was changed! I hope the next version brings back the old style.

Uncomfortable and narrow

I've happily worn Ghost for years, but unfortunately, I agree with the many other reviewers who are not happy with the recent changes to the design. The shoe is so narrow and tight and uncomfortably cramping my toes. Fiddled with the laces and nothing helped. Why change a good design that so many were happy with? Disappointed in the changes and will have to find another brand to try. I hope the revert to the old style in the next version.

Sorry to say that I don't like them. They're not comfortable for me because of the big tab at the back of my ankle. They also rub on the sides of my ankles.

First pair of shoes I've ever returned

I've been running in Ghosts for the last 5 years and I've never had a shoe make my foot hurt so bad during a run. Something about the fit just on my left foot gave me incredible pain on my forefoot after about a mile in.

So far so good!

I also have the Ghost Max 3 and love that show but this was also recommended for my type foot and I wanted to have a dark color shoe as well so I ordered it! I have only worn a couple of times and will see it is different than the Ghost Max 3 but also very comfortable. I think it will be interesting to compare the 2 over time. Highly recommend anyone who is buying shoes Brooks for the first time do the the foot assessment for your foot-everyone is built different and has different needs so this makes all the difference.
